What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a journey of reflection, discovery and self-awareness combined with action and motivation. It is a solution focussed approach designed to move you forward rather than dwelling on the past. A coach helps you to overcome you limitations, emotional overwhelm and pursue your passions to fully step into your purpose. I focus mainly on how our minds and emotions work, and break it down for you to make sense of why you are where you are in life and how you can transcend into your Higher Self. I use active listening, positive psychology, Trauma awareness, IFS & NLP techniques as well as my intuitive wisdom based on strong Islamic principals to guide the coaching process. In my practice, I provide you with the opportunity to open up and make the intention to move forward with consistent feedback, supportive counseling and mentoring to meet your particular goals.
What is Holistic Life Coaching?
Traditional life coaching basically addresses current challenges as they appear. As new challenges show up, they deal what’s in front of them.
With holistic coaching, I guide you through a process which develops your internal strength based on your unique personality. That inner-power proactively increases your self-esteem, confidence, courage, clarity, and ability to respond to challenges as they appear. We work holistically, to grow you as a person; mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Together we work to empower you to face life with the right mindset and emotional stability.
As a holistic coach, I help you heal from your past and gain mental and emotional clarity to set and achieve life goals (which seem impossible with your current mindset). Self Mastery requires paradigm shifting, understanding the ego, and building emotional resilience. I help you get there!

The Coaching Process
Depending on whether you sign up for a monthly package or 3-6 months, we go through a detailed discovery session where we get clarity on what outcomes we need to focus on and our plan of action. To get an idea of what each session looks like, here are the steps we aim to follow:
- Establish a Coaching Agreement
- Set The Goal or Outcome for our Session
- Coach you through shifting perspectives and exploring possible solutions
- Identify and Commit to Action
- Outcomes – Summarize key actions, commitments and/or shifts
- Accountability
As your coach, I suggest some reflective homework such as journaling or other in-between session activity and schedule the next session.
What can you expect from the Sessions?
Here are a few things to expect from me as your Coach:
- To respect and hold your vision – even when the going gets tough and you lose sight of it, I never will.
- To challenge you when needed – old beliefs, habits and behaviours are often deep-seated. We’ll uncover the underlying reasons you’re stuck and set up more useful and helpful habits together.
- To listen to you with an open mind – I hold space for you confidentially, non judgementally, and lean in.
- To support you – I’m on your team and my passion is to see you succeed. I’ll champion you and support you every step of the way.
- To be honest – even if it’s difficult or uncomfortable, I will always be straight with you.
- To curate and tailor the information – you’re an individual with unique personality and individual needs, you need the right information and the right actions for you.
- To make it fun – it can feel so heavy for so long and I’m here to make the process fun, light and as easy as I can.
What do I need from You?
- A commitment to change – just turning up to the sessions is not enough. You have to commit to yourself to do the work and take responsibility for the outcome of the coaching.
- A commitment to the session – turn up on time, take the opportunities when we’re together seriously and be present in each session.
- A commitment to the homework – take responsibility for the mutually agreed upon actions each session. Often the greatest understanding, realisations and clarity come in between sessions.
- To be honest and authentic – even if it’s difficult because it’s in this space that the greatest changes happen.
- To challenge yourself – you can play it safe sure, but if you really want to grow then up your game (of course, at your own pace). You’ll be amazed at how small changes make a BIG difference.
I offer strategies to detox and reboot your life by internal focus on self awareness, emotional healing, and mindset mastery. I provide timely and specific feedback, both positive as well as corrective to help you effectively improve your situation. I give suggestions and inspire you to try new techniques and practical exercises to achieve you desired outcomes. Most my clients get their desired results within 3-6 months working with me.
